Duncan has worked in the audio visual industry for over 20 years and has been the Managing Director for Corporate Technology Services for 16 years. Duncan currently sits on the International Communications Industry Association InfoComm Australia Education Advisory Group as well as the Australian Membership Advisory Group.
Henning’s professional experience spans over 15 years from having worked in a range of advisory capacities across several industries such as engineering / construction & in recent years facility managed services. Skilled in Staff, Key Account and Operations Management, Henning’s focus has been on professionalising CTS’s service delivery and the continual improvement of standards & practices to ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved and customer expectations are met.

With 10 years of experience in the industry with jobs ranging from a junior technician to a management position, Roger utilises his technical expertise to provide the best solutions to our clients. Sporting a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Technology and an employment history working at numerous 5 star hotels and venues, Roger ensures that the services he provides not only reaches world class standards, but exceeds them.
Marjay is an experienced Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in both legal and professional services industries. He is skilled in both Accounting and Operational data analytics having previously worked as a Reporting Analyst. He has a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting (Advanced) from University of Newcastle. Marjay plays a key role in the management’s business decision-making by producing critical financial reports and analysis in addition to managing CTS’ day-to-day finance operations.
Ryan has over 20 years IT and Audio Visual experience, with a career that allows Ryan to be uniquely positioned as a unified communications and audio visual consultant catering to the finance, corporate, government and professional services sectors. Ryan plays a key part in the development and implementation of corporate audio visual support services and their quality control systems. Ryan also plays a key role in offering system design, consulting and project management services to our clients.

Luke joined CTS with a background in the sports and recruitment industries. Having joined the company originally as the HR Officer, Luke’s role has enlarged over time with a greater focus on maintaining CTS’s strong culture centred upon growth and customer satisfaction, as well as his efforts in ensuring an optimum employee experience. Luke was recognised as a finalist in the Australian HR Awards Rising Star category in 2018.

Alex has extensive and diverse experience in video production, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Advertising). She has worked with a diverse range of clients in the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors for over 8 years. Alex leads her team of innovative storytellers and videographers with a creative approach, and provides our clients with the best video and content solutions for their needs.
With over 10 years experience in the AV and IT industries, Ben is responsible for CTS’ marketing strategy, brand development, awareness and lead generation. The other half of Ben’s role is providing technology consultancy primarily to the corporate sector. Ben offers his clients a pragmatic approach to solving complex enterprise technology challenges. His key focusses are user experience, return on investment and impact to business.
