Duncan has worked in the audio visual industry for over 30 years and has an extensive background on the corporate client side of consulting, events, and managed services. As the Managing Director of CTS since 2001, Duncan is a Certified CEO and currently sits on the AVIXA Oceania Advisory Group.

Jordan brings a depth of experience to the team at CTS. From direct support in AV concierge teams and technical direction of corporate broadcast & event spaces to leading our national AV managed services teams, Jordan ensures enterprise customers enjoy personalised service with their technology.

With over 17 years of experience, Henning is skilled in staff, key account, and operational management. His focus is on CTS's service delivery and the continual improvement of standards & practices to ensure operational efficiencies across all departments are achieved and customer expectations are met.

Jaaz's professional background in AV has seen him lead in the high-pressure and fast-paced environment of Australia's largest integrated resort, as well as consulting, managing, and producing a white glove service to many ASX 200 companies for CTS. He plays a key role in ensuring seamless and unified AV experiences are provided to all CTS clients.
